Raping and Molesting

Is raping and molesting a physical abuse?

Raping is perceived as sexual intercourse without the consent of one part of the partner. Molesting is the physical touch of the private parts by an individual with intent to another individual again who did not consent to the action.

Both actions do not usually led to physical harm of the body. However, if the victim's mind perceived this to be an embarrassment to the body, such actions are more mental abuses then physical abuses.
